We’ve assembled some shopping tips and tricks below so you can shop till you drop and create with confidence.
How to Navigate Our Shop
Now you can craft like the professionals and use the very same materials we use in our studio. In our shop, you will find everything from quality crepe paper to flower kits, books, supplies, tools and more! Finding your way around is as simple as selecting your desired product category from our dropdown menu or by clicking on one of the product category images on our shop home page.
Creating an Account
You may use your Lia Griffith membership email and password, but you will still need to set up an account here in the shop.
All other Shoppers
You will have to create a shop account. The details of your account can be found, customized and edited in your “my shop” account page.
Order changes and Cancellations
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes (including cancellations) to orders after they have been submitted. An item may only be canceled if it is currently backordered. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping and Returns
We can ship anywhere in the United States and certain other countries, currently: Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, and New Zealand. Most in-stock items are processed for shipping on the same day of ordering. Some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances.
Please note, we will not ship products internationally which are designated as “hazardous” under international shipping rules.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping rates. The calculated rate will show in your checkout cart, prior to purchase. The US shipping rates for our products are flat rate weight-based rates. The shipping rates, to countries outside the USA, are calculated on current USPS Priority Mail International rates based on the weight of the shipment and the location to which it is being shipped.
You can expect US based shipping to take between 3 -5 working days. All international shipments are sent, via USPS Priority Mail International, and should take between 6-10 working days. Should there be any duties or taxes imposed on any shipment, these will have to be paid by you.
Please know we are constantly striving to improve our shipping rates as we grow our business.
If your shipment is within the US, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you need to return an item, simply contact us at email@example.com. We’ll notify you, via e-mail, of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Return shipping will be at your cost. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please note, we will not accept any returns on items shipped outside of the US. All such sales are final.
